GEFA (Gaming Event Francophone Africa) 2026 takes place October 14–16 in Dakar, Senegal, at the same time and venue as Sports Betting West Africa+. It is organized by Eventus International.
What it covers
The summit focuses on Africa's francophone markets — Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Cameroon, Mali, Burkina Faso and others — where regulation, payment infrastructure and marketing language differ from the anglophone part of the continent. The program includes a welcome evening, conference, expo area, networking and farewell drinks.

Operators and bookmakers, regulators, investors, technology and payment providers working in or entering francophone Africa.
Tickets
Pass prices and categories are on the organizer's site; in 2026 access is generally bundled with SBWA+ passes since the events run together.
Who should attend
Teams running traffic to French-speaking African GEOs or looking for direct advertisers there. If your focus is Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya, the main track is SBWA+ on the same days.
