1. What data we collect

At registration: your email address, nickname and password (stored only in encrypted form). While using the forum: the content you publish (topics, posts, reviews, avatar and other uploaded files) and technical data — IP address, browser type and cookies required for your session.

2. How we use the data

The data is used to operate your account and sign-in, send service emails (email verification, notifications), protect against spam and abuse, and for anonymized visit statistics. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Cookies

We use cookies for authentication (session), remembering your interface language and tracking referral link visits. Disabling cookies in your browser may make signing in impossible.

4. Third-party processors

To run the site we use a hosting provider, an email delivery service and a CDN/DDoS protection service. These services receive only the data necessary for their function (for example, your email goes to the email delivery service).

5. Public content

Topics, posts, reviews, your nickname and avatar are visible to all visitors and may be indexed by search engines. Private messages are visible only to the participants and to moderation in case of a report.

6. Retention and deletion

Data is stored while your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and related data via support: t.me/dervalo_support. On account deletion, public content may be anonymized instead of removed so that discussions stay intact.

We may update this policy; the current version is always available on this page with its update date. Substantial changes are announced on the forum.
