Paymentscard ~$10/mono reviews

A veteran of online settlements: a wallet, bank transfers and UK-issued virtual cards in USD/EUR in one dashboard. Crypto funding and bulk card issuing via CSV.

Capitalist review

Capitalist is first and foremost a payment system with a decade of history in affiliate marketing, and a virtual card provider second. Its strength is versatility: one dashboard holds a wallet, counterparty transfers, withdrawals to bank accounts and card issuing.

The cards

  • UK issuer, USD and EUR currencies, unlimited card count.
  • Issue: $2.95 (€2.65), maintenance $2.7 (€2.4) monthly, balance funding at 3.3% (min $3.5), plus $0.5 per transaction. A card totals roughly $10/mo all-in.
  • The MC cards bind well to Facebook Ads; for Google they work only as a backup payment method.
  • Bulk issuing: enter data manually or upload a CSV.
  • Turnover cap — $20,000/mo per card, three trust tiers with limits raised via support.

Funding and verification

Crypto is the easiest: BTC, ETH, USDT (from 5 USDT via TRC-20/ERC-20), converted to dollars inside with no fee. Full functionality needs passport verification, and cards are issued against EU citizen data.

Caveats

No 3D Secure, no Google Pay or Apple Pay binding, and each card needs personal data. The all-in card cost (~$10/mo) is above average — Capitalist is chosen for settlement reliability and bank withdrawals, not for cheapness.
