FlexCard is a virtual card service for paying for ads on Facebook, Google, TikTok and other platforms. We signed up, went through the dashboard and put together everything you need to know before you start: which BINs are available, what it really costs, how to top up and what to watch out for.

FlexCard at a glance
- What it is: virtual Mastercard cards in USD and EUR for paying for ads and online services.
- Top-ups: USDT (TRC20 and ERC20), USDC (ERC20), bank transfer in EUR and USD.
- Fees: top-ups from 3.5%, card issue from $2.5, plus authorization and conversion fees depending on the BIN.
- Who it's for: solo media buyers and teams who need lots of cards for different ad accounts and clear stats per BIN.
Sign-up and first steps
Sign-up is simple: the website says you only need an email, with no document upload. Once you log in, the dashboard menu on the left covers your profile, team, wallets, cards, transactions and support. The key section for media buyers is BINs, where you choose which BIN to issue cards on.
Advertising BINs
FlexCard splits BINs into two groups: Advertising for ad accounts and Universal for other services. Our account has three advertising BINs and one universal BIN. Others can be requested with the Request Access button.

A handy feature is the Most popular in column. The service shows where each BIN is used most. For example, 90.4% of Washington transactions go to Facebook, while Birmingham is noticeably more popular on Google (27.7%). It's a good hint for which BIN to pick for a specific traffic source.
| BIN | Currency | Top-up | Card issue | Other fees |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Washington 528716 | USD | 3.5% | $2.5 | conversion 1%, authorization $0.15, cross-border 1% |
| Birmingham 536109 | USD | 3.5% | $2.5 | conversion 0%, authorization $0.15 |
| Liverpool 519769 | EUR | 3.5% | €2.5 | conversion 0%, authorization €0.15 |
| Valencia 532320 (Universal) | EUR | 4% | €4 | conversion 0%, authorization €0.30 |
Each BIN has its own balance: you top up a specific BIN, not a shared account. The dashboard lets you filter by BIN number, payment system, currency, geo and 3DS support.
Universal BIN
The Universal BIN Valencia, with a Spanish billing address, is meant for other online services rather than ads. The stats show it too: Facebook and Google account for less than 15% of its transactions. Its terms are pricier than the advertising BINs: 4% per top-up and €4 per card.

What it costs in practice
The top-up fee isn't your only cost, so calculate the full price. Here's an example on the Washington BIN:
- you top up $1,000 — a 3.5% fee, or $35;
- you issue 10 cards for 10 ad accounts — 10 × $2.5 = $25;
- 200 authorizations go through in a month — 200 × $0.15 = $30.
That's about $90 per $1,000 of budget, not counting conversion and cross-border fees if they apply. If your ad account charges in a currency other than the card's, look at BINs with zero conversion fees, such as Birmingham or Liverpool. Each fee is explained in the dashboard under the About Fees button.
Topping up
You can top up with crypto — USDT on TRC20 and ERC20 and USDC on ERC20 — or by bank transfer in euros and dollars. USDC was added recently, as the service's update feed shows. In September 2026, FlexCard raised its minimum deposit, explaining the move as a shift toward a model focused on active users and teams. Check the current amount in the dashboard before your first top-up.
Dashboard features
- Team. Owner, team lead and media buyer roles: the owner manages funds, the team lead manages groups, and media buyers distribute budgets across cards.
- 3DS codes and transaction codes arrive right in the dashboard, in the transactions section. No waiting for SMS.
- Analytics by BIN and card, plus full transaction history.
- CashFlow and the new CashFlow 2.0 in beta — tools for managing money flows.
- API for automation if you run lots of cards and your own accounting system.
- Referral program: according to the website, 30% of the service's revenue from referred users.
- Support: built-in FlexChat, tickets, FAQ and Telegram.
Keep an eye on service updates
The dashboard has an update feed, and it's worth reading. A recent example: on November 1, 2026, FlexCard is discontinuing the USD BINs London and New York. If your ad accounts are tied to cards on these BINs, reissue them on another BIN in advance so your campaigns don't stop mid-flight.

Pros and cons
What we liked:
- all fees are shown right on the BIN card, no digging through pricing pages;
- "where the BIN is popular" stats help you pick a card for each traffic source;
- 3DS codes in the dashboard, team roles and an API;
- three crypto top-up options plus bank transfer.
What to keep in mind:
- the BIN selection is small: our account has three advertising BINs and one universal, the rest on request;
- authorization and conversion fees noticeably add to the total cost when you run lots of transactions;
- the minimum deposit was recently raised, which is a downside for small test budgets;
- BINs get discontinued from time to time, so you need to follow updates;
- the website doesn't list the company's legal entity or jurisdiction.
Who FlexCard is for
FlexCard suits media buyers and teams running Facebook and Google, managing many ad accounts and wanting to see all fees upfront. Teams will appreciate the roles and API; solo buyers get a simple start and 3DS codes in the dashboard. If you're just testing a niche on a minimal budget, check the current minimum deposit first.
