Muse is Meta's AI agent, launched in early September. Unlike a regular chatbot, it completes multi-step tasks using connected apps. Muse for Small Business learns what a company sells, its brand voice and its customers' most common questions.

At launch Meta named 15 connectors: Asana, Box, Canva, Dropbox, Figma, Granola, HighLevel, Intuit QuickBooks, Klaviyo, Lovable, Notion, Shopify, Slack, Stripe and Zoom — plus Instagram professional analytics, Facebook Pages and Meta ad accounts. Custom connectors are supported.
